Can you bake these in the oven?
When the weather is good I love grilling chicken, but if you don’t have a grill, or it’s cold out you can either cook these on an indoor grill pan or bake them in the oven.
Follow the recipe as is, and then bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 375F for about 20 minutes.
Can you make this recipe with chicken thighs?
If you prefer chicken thighs, you absolutely can make this recipe with those instead. They will require a slightly longer cooking time compared to breasts and be sure they are cooked evenly on the grill.
