Hi, thanks for the recipes. Try this instead of the garlic marinade I use Kraft Rustic Italian dressing and cook it the same way or grill everything. Adds great flavor to the chicken and veggies.
Becky Hardin says
That’s a great idea, I love that!! Super easy. Thanks for the tip!
Michelle says
What honey would I use?
Becky Hardin says
Any honey works here!
Angelina says
The asparagus came out waaay overdone! I don’t care for ‘Sheet Pan Meals’, since not everything cooks evenly.
Becky Hardin says
I’m so sorry you didn’t love this one!
Heidi says
When I make meals like this, the potatoes always take longer to cook and the chicken comes out overdone. Any tips on making the potatoes finish faster? How small do you cut them?
Becky Hardin says
I cut my potatoes into quarters, or about 1-inch pieces. You can also keep an eye on the chicken and remove it to a plate, leaving the potatoes to continue cooking for a few minutes longer, or cut the potatoes into even smaller (½-inch) pieces.
Debbie says
I’m thinking maybe green beans would do better than asparagus.

Angelina,Not critising you but,if you don’t like sheet pan meals, why did you try this ?? Never had a problem with food not cooking evenly if it is prepared properly..Nothing wrong with this recipe if it followed correctly.
