I love making this Buffalo chicken pizza for Monday Night Football. It’s super easy to throw together, and it really brings that game-day flavor. I top a pre-made pizza crust with ranch dressing, shredded Buffalo chicken, and plenty of melty mozzarella and blue cheese. It’s so filling, cheesy and bold! My kids love it when I make this pizza!

My family is obsessed with this Buffalo chicken pizza, and I’m obsessed with how easy it is to make. It tastes even better than the one I used to buy from our local pizza shop, and it’s ready faster than they can deliver. My kids love helping me make it and they absolutely devour it!

How to Store and Reheat
Once it’s cooled to room temperature, you can store leftover Buffalo chicken pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for the best results.
How to Freeze
Freeze individual slices of Buffalo chicken pizza tightly wrapped in plastic wrap and placed into Ziplock bags for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Notes and Tips
- Shredded chicken is my favorite for pizza, but a store-bought rotisserie chicken also works well.
- You can also cook 2 large chicken breasts in the Instant Pot or slow cooker or use any leftover cooked chicken that you have on hand.
- Any type of pizza crust will work, including pre-baked pizza crust, pre-made refrigerated pizza dough, homemade pizza dough, or cauliflower pizza crust. Cook time will vary depending in the type of crust you use.
