WHITE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
Shredded succulent chicken with a green chile enchilada sauce, encased in crispy tortilla and baked to perfection. Perfect for an easy weeknight meal. These creamy chicken enchiladas are delicious!
In a large bowl, combine chicken, green enchilada sauce, onion, green chiles, and cheese.
Place filling into tortillas and roll.
Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Lay the filled tortillas in the baking dish.
Combine melted butter with flour in a saucepan. Stir in chicken broth.
Stir in sour cream and green chiles. Bring to a simmer. Add cheese and melt, stirring.
Pour cheese sauce over the tortillas and top with more cheese. Bake.
Serve hot and enjoy a delicious and easy CHEESY enchilada dinner.
