Grilled Buffalo Chicken is so easy to make in less than 30 minutes! Chicken breasts are boldly seasoned and smothered with buffalo sauce before being grilled to tender, juicy perfection. This is a recipe I make time and again during the Summer.

I love that this easy grilled buffalo chicken recipe only calls for a handful of budget friendly ingredients! Let’s take a look at the key ingredients:
- Buffalo Sauce: I love using homemade buffalo sauce whenever I can!

Can you make this recipe with chicken thighs?
If you prefer chicken thighs, you absolutely can make this recipe with those instead. They will require a slightly longer cooking time compared to breasts and be sure they are cooked evenly on the grill.

How to Store and Reheat
Store leftover buffalo chicken breasts in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend reheating in the air fryer or oven for the best results.
How to Freeze
Let the buffalo chicken cool to room temperature prior to freezing in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Let it defrost in the fridge for a few hours prior to reheating.
Notes from the Test Kitchen
- Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts.
- To ensure that the chicken is cooked all the way through, use an instant-read thermometer. When inserted, it should register at 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute.
