With all the great premade pizza crusts and premixed pizza doughs out there, I hardly ever see a reason to make my own. Any way you slice it, this pizza is super quick and easy to make. Just slather the toppings on a prebaked crust or stretched dough, bake, and enjoy!
What’s in This Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Recipe?
- Pizza Crust: Any type of pizza crust will work, including pre-baked pizza crust, pre-made refrigerated pizza dough, homemade pizza dough, or cauliflower pizza crust.
- Ranch Dressing: Just like the crust, I used store-bought dressing to make this quick and easy.
- Cheese: Shredded mozzarella is my favorite. However, you can choose other melty cheeses if you like, like jack or cheddar. Ideally, grate your own cheese, pre-shredded cheese has agents that prevent it from melting well.
- Bacon: Cook the bacon so it gets nice and crispy. You want to be able to break it apart and crumble it.
- Green Onion: Adds a pop of color and mild onion flavor.
- Chicken: You can use a chopped chicken breast or just buy an already cooked rotisserie chicken and shred it.

How to Store and Reheat

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 large pizza crust
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 2½ cups cooked chicken chopped/shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉. Once heated, place the pizza stone or pan in the oven.
- If the crust is still in dough form, roll out the dough. Place the pizza crust on a large piece of parchment paper.1 large pizza crust
- Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on the pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, bacon, green onion, and chicken.⅓ cup ranch dressing, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 5 slices cooked bacon, 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, 2½ cups cooked chicken
- Remove the pizza pan or stone from the oven. Slide the pizza onto the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes; until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is crispy on the outside and cooked through. Finish with a drizzle of extra ranch dressing and a sprinkle of chopped green onion.
