How to Store and Reheat
These lemon pepper chicken wings are best served as soon as they are cooked, but the good news is that you can easily reheat them quickly in the air fryer and they’ll get nice and crispy like they’ve been freshly cooked.
The cooked wings will keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360°F and cook for 4 minutes, then, turn the heat to 400°F and cook for another 5 minutes.
Notes and Tips
- Prepare the Air Fryer Basket with olive oil cooking spray.
- Wings don’t need long to marinate at all, and if you marinate them for too long, they can start to become a little mushy. The marinade will do it’s job in 10 minutes, but you can leave them for up to 2 hours if needed.
- Don’t overload the basket with the wings. To get them nice and crispy, they need to be placed in a single layer. Cook in two batches if needed.
