Over heat, mix flour into melted butter. Stir in enchilada sauce, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Saute onion. Add in green chiles, spices, and cooked shredded chicken.
Add in sour cream and cheeses. Stir to combine.
Place the filling in each tortilla and roll.
Spread sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Top with the rolled tortillas. Top with more sauce.
Top with more cheese and bake.
