My all-purpose chicken seasoning blend is savory and smoky with just a touch of sweetness. This homemade spice mix is perfect for chicken breasts, thighs, shredded chicken, or any cut of poultry.
1 tablespoon kosher salt, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1½ teaspoons ground paprika, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Sprinkle the seasoning over your chicken before cooking. Use about 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of chicken.

Cooking Methods for Chicken Breast*
Oven: Bake chicken breasts at 350℉ for 25-30 minutes.
Grill: Grill over medium-high heat (375-450°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Air Fryer: Cook at 380°F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Stovetop: Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side.
