Mix 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 1 teaspoon ground paprika, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper together in a small dish until combined.
