This Honey Mustard Chicken Breast is tasty, tangy, sweet and so easy to make in the Air Fryer! Coated in buttermilk, crispy tinged with breadcrumbs, and loaded with flavor.
Prep your dredging station. Place remaining 1 cup of buttermilk, flour, and panko breadcrumbs each into separate bowls.
2 cups buttermilk, 1 cup flour, 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Dip chicken into flour, then buttermilk, then panko. Repeat with each chicken breast.
Spray Air Fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken breast to the basket and set to 390℉. Spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray and cook for 10 minutes. Flip, spray again and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Repeat until all chicken is cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the honey mustard. Add mustards, mayo, honey, white vinegar, pepper, and paprika to a bowl and whisk to combine.
¼ cup yellow mustard, ¼ cup Dijon mustard, ⅔ cup mayonnaise, ⅛ cup honey, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika
Brush honey mustard onto cooked chicken, or toss chicken breasts into the honey mustard to coat.

Notes
Don't overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if needed.
Allow the chicken breasts to marinate in buttermilk for at least 4 hours.
Different air fryers may require different timings, so check your air fryer manual.
You can use different types of mustard depending on what you have/prefer. The flavor will change slightly, but it will still have that lovely tangy hit!
Storage: Store honey mustard chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days, or freeze for 3 months.
