Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe
It takes just 15 minutes to cook a batch of chicken wings in the Instant Pot! These classic buffalo chicken wings are perfect to serve as an appetizer and are so effortless to make!

Ingredients

onion powder

chicken broth

hot sauce
Instructions
Place trivet inside the Instant Pot.
Season chicken wings and place on the trivet in a single layer.
1 teaspoon onion powder,
½ teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
4½ pounds chicken wings,
½ teaspoon pepper
Pour chicken broth into the pot (directly over the chicken).
1 cup chicken broth
Seal cooker and set to HIGH pressure for 10 minutes (15 minutes for frozen).
When it’s done, release the pressure valve and wait for pressure to release, then let the chicken rest another 5 minutes.
Toss in your favorite sauce. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
1-1½ cups hot sauce
Broil at 550℉ for 3-4 minutes until sauce has caramelized.
Toss once more in additional sauce.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes
Be sure to place the wings on a trivet in the Instant Pot so that they don't burn.
Pour the broth over the wings to help them not dry out during cooking.
If cooking wings from frozen, add 5 minutes to the cooking time.
Storage:
Store Instant Pot buffalo chicken wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days, or freeze for 3 months.
