This crescent roll breakfast pizza has all of your favorite breakfast staples, but on a delicious pizza! Topped with eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese, and crescent rolls as the crust, you'll want to have it every morning.
If you can't find crescent rolls, you can use regular pizza dough instead!
Feel free to swap the bacon for crumbled cooked breakfast sausage!
In place of pizza sauce, try using sausage gravy instead!
You can swap some or all of the mozzarella cheese for a different cheese, such as cheddar, gouda, or Swiss!
Feel free to add veggies, such as chopped mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers!
Be sure to fully cook the bacon before adding it to the pizza; undercooked bacon may not cook through as the pizza bakes and could make the pizza greasy.
Undercook the scrambled eggs by a few minutes. They will continue to firm up in the oven!
Take care not to add too much sauce, as this will lead to a soggy pizza.
Freshly shredded cheese will melt better than pre-shredded.
