This Grilled Balsamic Chicken recipe coats succulent skinless chicken breasts in a delicious garlic balsamic marinade, then grills them to golden brown perfection. It’s quick, flavorful, and so satisfying. Perfect for summer entertaining!
In a large bowl, prepare the marinade. Add balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and paprika. Mix with a fork until well combined.
1 cup balsamic vinegar, 1 cup honey, pinch salt, 1 teaspoon ground paprika
In a separate bowl, add the marinade and chicken breasts. Cover with cling film and let chicken marinate for at least 3-4 hours (up to 8 hours).
4 chicken breasts
Heat grill to medium high heat*. Coat the grates with olive oil (optional).
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
(Optional) Add cherry tomatoes and 1 tsp olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, sauté for 5 minutes.

Garnish chicken with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!

*If using an indoor grill: Heat an indoor grill pan over medium high heat and coat with olive oil. Cooking times remain the same.Storage: Store balsamic grilled chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days, or freeze for 3 months.
