Heat a nonstick pan over medium. Add the chicken strips and cook for 6 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In a large salad bowl, add the cabbage, carrots, fried noodles, and cooked chicken. Sprinkle on the pistachios and toss well.

In a medium-sized jar, add the garlic powder, hoisin sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Shake well and drizzle over the salad.
