For your next pizza night, mix things up with this spicy buffalo chicken pizza recipe. Easy and quick to make, this pizza is loaded with flavorful toppings that will leave you wanting more.
Preheat the oven to 425℉. Once heated, place the pizza stone or pan in the oven to preheat.
Place the pizza crust on a large piece of parchment paper. (If the crust is still in dough form, roll out the dough.)
1 large pizza crust*
In a bowl, combine the buffalo sauce and cooked chicken. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on the pizza crust. Top the pizza with the buffalo chicken, green onion, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese.
2½ cups cooked chicken, ½ cup buffalo wing sauce, ⅓ cup ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese
Remove the pizza pan or stone from the oven. Slide the pizza onto the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes; until the cheese is melted and bubbly, the crust is crispy on the outside, and dough is cooked through.
Finish with a sprinkle of chopped green onion, a drizzle of extra ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce to serve.
