Air Fryer Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs are a cinch to make in just 30 minutes with only four simple and inexpensive ingredients! When made in the air fryer, the chicken thighs are always perfectly cooked and rich with delicious honey mustard flavor.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or nonstick spray. Preheat to 400℉.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and olive oil. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, including between the skin and the thigh meat.
⅓ cup honey, ⅓ cup dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 pound bone-in, skin-in chicken thighs
Place the chicken in the greased basket, skin side up, and cook for 14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉ on an instant read thermometer.
