Butter Baked Chicken Recipe
This butter baked chicken recipe is simple and easy to make! Chicken breasts are given a crispy seasoned coating, then baked with pats of butter to create a rich and creamy dish.

Ingredients

Flour

Paprika

Dry Milk Powder

Chicken Breasts

Butter
do not substitute margarine
1½
cups
Water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Lightly grease baking dish.
Dip chicken breasts into water and shake off excess.
1 pound Chicken Breasts
Combine flour and seasonings, then coat chicken with flour mixture.
½ cup Flour,
1½ teaspoons Salt,
½ teaspoon Paprika,
¼ teaspoon Herbes de Provence,
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Place chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
Cut butter into small squares and arrange on top of the chicken.
¼ cup Butter
Bake for 15 minutes.
Combine dry milk powder & hot water in a bowl. Pour milk around chicken.
½ cup Dry Milk Powder,
1½ cups Water
Cover with aluminum foil and return to oven.
Bake at 350℉ for 30-40 more minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165℉. Enjoy!

Store butter baked chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days, or freeze for 3 months.
