Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken thighs
cut into bite-sized pieces

butter

garam masala

teaspoon
cumin

teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon

15 ounces tomato sauce

chicken broth

heavy cream
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
On the Instant Pot, press the Sauté button.
Add in 2 tablespoons of butter.
Once melted, add in the onions, sprinkle with salt, and saute for a few minutes until softened.
Add in the garlic, ginger, and spices and cook for another minute.
Add in the chicken and saute for a few minutes until browned.
Add in the tomato sauce and broth.
Press the Cancel button.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and press the Manual button.
Set the timer for 12 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally.
Remove the lid from the pot, and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and heavy cream.
Press the Saute button, and simmer the mixture for a few minutes to reduce the liquid and thicken the sauce.
Finish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. Serve with basmati rice and naan.
