In a bowl season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Add the olive oil, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese and seasoned chicken to a baking dish and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle with pepper and take to the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top of the feta cheese is golden and the tomatoes are roasted.
While the tomatoes and feta are baking, prepare the pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve ½ Cup cooking pasta water.
Remove the feta and tomatoes from the oven and stir to combine, breaking the tomatoes to create a creamy sauce.
Add the pasta and the reserved cooking water and toss until everything is well coated.
Serve with tomatoes, basil, shaved parmesan and a crack of black pepper.

The chicken soaks up all the flavors from the tomatoes and the seasonings so it’s really good.
The cheese is already pretty salty so you don’t need to add any additional salt.
