Shake up your usual weeknight dinner routine with these delicious Chicken Wonton Tacos! Juicy marinated pieces of chicken breast are wrapped up in crispy wonton shells and topped with fresh veggies. These tacos are unforgettably good!
Add in the chicken and stir to coat the pieces entirely.
1½ pounds chicken breasts
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add in the chicken and saute for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the heat.
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
For the wontons, take a muffin tin and flip it over.
Place the wonton wrappers between each muffin cup (forming a taco like shape), spray with cooking spray or oil, and bake for 10 minutes until browned and crispy.

While the wontons are in the oven, whisk together the rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Add in the coleslaw and toss.
2 cups coleslaw mix
Fill each wonton with a couple spoonfuls of chicken and salad mixture.
Top each taco with cilantro, green onion, and chili sauce.

Makes 16 Chicken Wonton Tacos.Storage: Store chicken wonton tacos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days. I recommend storing components separately, and assembling fresh to serve.
