Take chicken breasts and pound them both to an even thickness and then cut in halves to equal 4 pieces.
Combine the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and Italian seasoning into a bowl.
Whisk eggs together in a separate small bowl.
Dredge chicken in the egg mixture.
Place chicken in the bread crumb mixture and mix well, ensuring all of the chicken is fully covered.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
Add a liner (Or use non stick cooking spray) and place the chicken into the Air Fryer.
Fry the chicken for a total of 6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the Air Fryer and scoop 1 tbsp of marinara on each chicken piece. Then top each piece with 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese. Place the basket back into the Air Fryer and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with noodles or your favorite sides.
Be sure to pre heat your air fryer.
Line your air fryer tray with parchment paper or use non stick spray.
As well as serving on pasta etc, you can slice up the cooked chicken and serve on a salad, or reheat the chicken parmesan with extra cheese and serve on a bun.
Leftovers are to be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
