This easy chicken meatball recipe is cooked in a creamy herb and mushroom sauce for a comforting meal. Simple to make and the meatballs can be made ahead of time. Made with fresh ingredients for a tasty dinner.
In a bowl, add ground chicken, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, egg, panko, and cheese.
1 pound ground chicken, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon ground oregano, 1 egg, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Mix well with hands until all ingredients are well combined.
Use an ice-cream scoop to portion and shape chicken mixture for meatballs. Shape further with your hands into little balls and place each meatball on baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.

Slice onion.
