Stuffed Chicken Marsala
Stuffed Chicken Marsala will be your new weeknight favorite! Cheesy Chicken Marsala for the win.
Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with fontina cheese. Season the outside with salt and pepper.
Add chicken to a skillet with butter and olive oil. Brown both sides, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Add mushrooms and onion to the same pan with more butter. Stir in Marsala wine, chicken stock, and cream. Allow to simmer.
Return chicken to the pan and cover to cook until chicken is 165F. Serve this Stuffed Chicken Marsala over mashed potatoes!
