SPINACH STUFFED CHICKEN
Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast is a 3 Ingredient Chicken Recipe that’s healthy (around 400 calories), made in under 30 minutes, and done in just one pan!
Cut chicken breasts length-wise, being careful not to cut through. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium skillet. saute spinach until wilted. Set aside.
Mix together the boursin cheese and wilted spinach. Stuff the chicken breasts with the mixture.
Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.
Cook chicken breasts in a large skillet until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Finish by simmering in white wine (optional). Serve and enjoy!
