Lemon Butter Chicken

Lemon butter chicken with cream sauce is an easy and tasty dish that is cooked on the stovetop and then baked in the oven in one pan.

ingredients:

Chicken Thighs

Salt and Pepper

Garlic

Butter

Chicken Broth

Olive Oil

Heavy Cream

Parmesan

Lemon Juice

Spinach

Season chicken thighs with salt and lemon pepper.

Brown chicken in a skillet with butter. Brown both sides and set aside.

Add more butter to the skillet and saute garlic. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir.

Stir in parmesan cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, and fresh thyme. Stir to combine and allow to simmer.

Add spinach to the sauce and allow to wilt. Add the chicken thighs back to the skillet and bake until the chicken is fully cooked. Enjoy!
