Heat butter in oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown the thighs and drumsticks in the hot butter, then set them aside.

Add apple cider vinegar, fish sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and half the jalapeños to the skillet.

Bring the sauce to a boil. Add the chicken back to the skillet. Simmer.
