Creamy Rosemary Chicken

Try this Creamy Rosemary Chicken when you want juicy, creamy chicken that gets better with each bite.

ingredients:

Chicken Breasts

Salt and Pepper

Shallots

Flour

Chicken Broth

Rosemary

White Wine

Dijon Mustard

Heavy Cream

Butter

Dredge chicken breasts in flour, salt, and pepper.

Brown chicken in a skillet with butter. Brown both sides and set aside.

Add more butter to the same skillet and saute the shallot and rosemary. Add the white wine and deglaze the pan.

Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Simmer and allow to thicken.

Return the chicken back to the skillet and heat through until fully cooked. Baste in the sauce and enjoy!
