Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Season chicken.
Bake the chicken until cooked. Chop into bite sized pieces.
Add the chicken to the noodles. Add soup, milk, vegetables, cheese, and seasonings.
Press noodle mixture into a prepared baking dish. Stir together breadcrumbs and butter.
Sprinkle breadcrumb. mixture over the pasta. Bake until bubbly and golden brown.
