Easy Chicken Marsala
This Chicken Marsala Recipe (so easy!) makes for a great weeknight meal but is also fancy enough to serve to company!
Salt & Pepper
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
Melt butter in a skillet and brown the chicken. Cook and set aside.
Add more butter to the same skillet and saute shallot, garlic, and mushroom. Brown.
Return the chicken to the skillet and top with marsala wine and chicken broth. Stir to combine and simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream and allow to simmer until ready to serve. Enjoy this classic chicken dinner recipe tonight!
