Chicken Burrito Bowls

This chicken burrito bowl, is a nutritious, delicious and filling meal. It’s a healthier (and less expensive) chipotle copycat.

ingredients:

Chicken Breasts

Olive Oil

Corn

Seasonings

Rice

Black Beans

Lettuce

Avocado

Sour Cream

Pico de Gallo

Mix together tomato, onion, vinegar, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Set aside.

Cube chicken breasts and add to a bowl with the spices. Stir to coat.

Brown the cubed chicken in a skillet until fully cooked.

Assemble the burrito bowls with black beans, lettuce, rice, chicken, and corn. Garnish with the pico and serve!
