Wonderfully cheesy and creamy, these chicken alfredo stuffed shells are all kinds of delicious.

Jumbo Pasta

Chicken
Mozzarella
Ricotta
Eggs
Parmesan
Butter
Flour
Milk
Cream

Cook the pasta shells. In a separate bowl combine chicken, cheese, and eggs.

In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk, cream, cheese, garlic, and parsley. Stir and simmer.

Season with salt and pepper and simmer. Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture.

Scoop some sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. Add the stuffed shells and more sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake until melty and golden brown.
