Caramel Chicken Thighs

Caramel Chicken is a sweet, yet savory Vietnamese recipe that’s loaded with flavor!

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet and begin to brown the chicken.

Flip the chicken and continue to cook. Set aside. Saute the garlic. Deglaze the pan.

Add brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, chicken broth, and fish sauce. Simmer.

Return the chicken to the pan. Continue to cook the sauce and then coat the chicken in the sauce and serve.
