Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup butter divided
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small piece 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- On the Instant Pot, press the Sauté button.
- Add in 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Once melted, add in the onions, sprinkle with salt, and saute for a few minutes until softened.
- Add in the garlic, ginger, and spices and cook for another minute.
