This easy chicken meatball recipe is cooked in a creamy herb and mushroom sauce for a comforting meal. Simple to make and the meatballs can be made ahead of time. Made with fresh ingredients for a tasty dinner.

How to Make Creamy Chicken Meatballs
For meatballs:

Preheat oven at 180C/ 350F

Line a baking sheet with baking paper

In a bowl add ground chicken, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, egg, panko and cheese

Mix well with hands until all ingredients are well combined

Use an ice-cream scoop to portion and shape chicken mixture for meatballs. Shape further with your hands into little balls and place each meatball on baking sheet

Bake for 40 minutes at 180C/350F until golden brown
For meatball sauce:

Slice onion

In a non-stick pan melt the butter on medium heat

Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic, basil and thyme and saute for 10 minutes

Add soy sauce and let sauce simmer for another 5 minutes

Add cooked meatballs in pan

Add heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes

Remove from heat and enjoy!
